Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and ours, the following policy applies: ❗ Less Than 24 Hours' Notice Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee of the session cost. 🚫 No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations (within 4 hours) * If you do not show up or cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time, the full session fee will be charged. * Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and understanding. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your session. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting for healing.
