Cancellation Policy
Thank you for investing in your healing journey with a 5-session package. To honor both your time and ours, the following cancellation policy applies: 📅 Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be counted as used and cannot be rebooked or refunded. 🚫 No-Shows If you miss your appointment , that session will also be forfeited and counted toward your package total. 💬 Emergencies We understand that true emergencies happen. If an unexpected or urgent situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible. We will review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to be flexible when appropriate. 📌 Reminder To make the most of your package, we encourage scheduling all sessions in advance and providing as much notice as possible for any changes.
